Thank you for visiting our website! The Vogel family began a Real Estate business in 1959. My father, Bill Vogel Sr., owned Vogel and Associates for many years. Consequently, I grew up around his Real Estate business as I was at the office daily throughout highschool. Dad retired in 1979 and sold the business to his top agent. Meanwhile, I was a corporate salesperson commuting to San Jose daily. My brother David and I formed Vogel Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1979. We were located at 30th and J and my brother still is in operation today. I sold that company to David as I wanted to form a smaller business with the ability to provide a more personal experience for my clients. 12 years ago I formed my current business, Bill Vogel Realty, Inc.

We enjoy being a smaller independent company. Being a smaller company allows us to provide a more satisfying personal service to our clients. Our primary focus and goal is our commitment to integrity, honesty, hard work and communication with our clients.
